General information only
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It is not tailored to your practice, your market or your circumstances, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision. We make no warranty that the information is complete, current or accurate at the time you read it.
We have no Canadian clients, and this site publishes no performance figures
Fucharmonk has worked exclusively with interior designers and architects since 2019. We have not yet run a campaign for a practice in Canada, and we say so on the pages themselves as well as here.
Where these pages state that we have served more than two hundred interior companies and architects, that is a firm-wide figure describing our roster since 2019. It carries no Canadian geography, and none is implied: none of those clients is in Canada.
These Canadian pages publish no performance statistics at all — no inquiry volume, no cost-per-inquiry figure, no conversion rate, no satisfaction score, no project value, no return on advertising spend. The absence is deliberate rather than an oversight. Every performance figure we hold was produced in another market, under other conditions, and printing it under a Canadian prefix would imply a local record we do not have. Where you see a claim on these pages, it is a claim about how we work, not about what we have achieved here.
Our own status, and what we do not do here
Fucharmonk is established in India and delivers services to Canadian clients remotely. We maintain no office, branch, agent or place of business in Canada, no Canadian telephone line, and no Canadian registration or professional designation.
Our white-label qualification calling desk operates in India only. In Canada we score and qualify the inquiries your marketing produces, using the information those inquiries give us. We do not telephone your prospects.
We are a marketing supplier. We do not provide interior design, interior architecture, architectural or engineering services.
No guarantee of results
Nothing on this website guarantees any specific outcome — including search rankings, inquiry volume, cost per inquiry, inquiry quality, conversion rate, revenue, or return on advertising spend.
Marketing results vary with factors that are specific to each business and largely outside our control: your pricing and positioning, the quality and relevance of your portfolio, how fast you respond to inquiries, your local competition, seasonality, advertising platform algorithm and policy changes, and general economic conditions. Two practices running an identical program will not get identical results.
Any forward-looking statement about what a program might achieve is an estimate based on experience, not a promise, and is not a projection of your earnings.
Testimonials, reviews and endorsements
No testimonials are currently published on these Canadian pages, because no Canadian practice has yet worked with us. We are not republishing testimonials given in another market under a Canadian heading.
If and when testimonials appear here, they will reflect the individual experience of the person who gave them. They will not be typical, average, or representative of what any other client should expect. We do not pay for testimonials and we do not offer compensation in exchange for a positive review. Where a relationship exists that a reader might not assume, we disclose it. Testimonials are published with permission and are not edited in a way that changes their meaning.
Case studies and examples
Case studies describe work performed for a specific client, in a specific market, at a specific time, under conditions that will not repeat exactly. They illustrate an approach; they do not predict a result. No case study on this website describes work performed in Canada.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, licensing or regulatory advice.
Alberta credentials, permits and zoning
Several pages on this website describe how interior design is regulated in Alberta, what a development permit involves, and what changed for residential lots under Edmonton's zoning bylaw. Those passages exist because the questions are asked constantly and are badly answered elsewhere, and we have written them from primary sources. They remain general descriptions of a market condition, written for marketing purposes.
In particular: "Licensed Interior Designer" is a restricted title under the Architects Act, administered by the Alberta Association of Architects, while "interior designer" and "interior decorator" are not restricted titles in this province. Interior Designers of Alberta is a voluntary membership association and is not the regulator. Nothing we publish tells you whether you may use a particular title, whether a particular project requires a registered practitioner, or what your own registration obligations are. The Alberta Association of Architects is the authority on that, and your own professional adviser is the authority on how it applies to you.
Municipal permitting and zoning rules change, and Edmonton's zoning bylaw has been the subject of continuing amendment. Verify anything you intend to rely on with the City of Edmonton directly.
Local market information
Our location and service pages contain factual statements about Edmonton neighbourhoods and market conditions — population and migration figures, housing starts, building permit values, zoning changes, seasonality, search behaviour and the local trade calendar. These are drawn from public sources, principally government and agency publications, and were accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, with the source and period stated where it matters. Local conditions change. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
Advertising, external links and third-party platforms
This website advertises our own services. It may link to third-party websites and reference third-party platforms, including Meta and Google. We do not control and do not endorse their content, policies, pricing or availability, and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fucharmonk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website. Your use of the website is at your own risk. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the consumer protection legislation of your province.
