This Privacy Policy explains how Fucharmonk ("Fucharmonk", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit fucharmonk.com/us, submit an inquiry, or engage our marketing services. It applies to visitors and clients in the United States. If you are visiting from India or elsewhere, the policy published for that market applies to you instead.
Fucharmonk is a digital marketing agency working exclusively with interior designers, architects, and design-led businesses.
Where we are, and what that means for your data
Fucharmonk is established and operates from India. When you submit an inquiry or otherwise share information with us, that information is transferred to, stored in, and processed in India, and may also be processed in the United States and other countries by the service providers listed below.
India has not been the subject of an adequacy determination by any US authority, and US privacy law does not restrict this transfer. We state it plainly because you are entitled to know where your information goes before you decide to send it. We apply the same safeguards to information about US individuals that we apply everywhere we operate, and our contracts with service providers require them to do the same.

Contact and business details you submit through an inquiry form, landing page, or advertisement — name, email address, phone number, business name, city or state, the service you are interested in, and the scope or budget range of the work you are considering.
The contents of emails, calls, text messages, and meetings, including anything you choose to tell us about your studio, your clients, or your projects.
Billing and account information if you engage us, which for most clients is handled by our payment processor rather than by us directly.

Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from that IP address, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on them.
Cookie and similar identifiers set by our analytics and advertising tools, described in the section on cookies below.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or any other category treated as sensitive personal information under US state privacy law. Please do not send us any of these.

Calls, texts, and your consent
If you give us your phone number, you are consenting to be contacted at that number about your inquiry — by call and, if you have indicated you are willing, by text message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
This consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you may revoke it at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, tell us during any call, or email us at contact@fucharmonk.com. We will honor the request promptly. Revoking consent to marketing contact does not prevent us from contacting you about an active engagement.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, for measuring advertising performance, and for showing our ads to people who have visited the site. These include tools operated by Google and by Meta, which set their own identifiers and are governed by their own privacy policies.

These rights are established by different statutes in different states — among them the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, and the Tennessee Information Protection Act. Rather than make you determine which applies, we extend the rights above to any US resident who asks.

We will verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold — we will never ask you for a password, a government identification number, or a financial account number in order to verify a privacy request. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need a permitted extension.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of anyone under 16.
Who we share information with
Service providers who host our website, send our email, run our analytics, process payments, and store our records, each under contract and only for the purpose we engaged them for.
Advertising platforms, in the form of the cookie and conversion identifiers described above.
Professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
Inquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months, because in this industry a prospect who is not ready this quarter is frequently ready the year after. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting, and limitation periods require. You may ask us to delete sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by the law of your state.
Do Not Track
Browsers send Do Not Track signals in inconsistent ways and there is no accepted standard for responding to them, so we do not respond to DNT. We do honor Global Privacy Control, which is a standard.
Children
The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be described at the top of this page when they are made.
