July 2026: A Month of Building, Launching & Growing

Executive Summary

July was a big month for Fucharmonk. A lot of our work happened around product development, SaaS launches, website improvements, SEO and building a stronger digital presence. We launched new products, made major changes to our website, started seeing encouraging organic growth, and continued building our presence across LinkedIn and Instagram. More importantly, July gave us a clearer direction on what we want to build next.

Biggest Wins

  • Launched Fucharmonk CRM โ€” a CRM built specifically for interior designers and architects.
  • InteriorBOQ hit #1 for relevant Interior BOQ keywords and is now getting 2โ€“3 organic signups every week.
  • Launched our Interior Portfolio Creation product for interior professionals.
  • Overhauled the Fucharmonk website โ€” content, SEO, FAQs and location pages.
  • Started ranking #1 and top-three on Google for digital marketing services across Delhi, Gurugram, Jaipur, Hyderabad and more.
  • Began appearing in ChatGPT recommendations for 'best digital marketing agency for interior designers' searches.

What We Built

A CRM built specifically for how interior designers and architects actually work โ€” managing leads, clients and day-to-day activities in one system. The launch is just the beginning; we'll keep improving it based on real feedback.

Improved

Significant product improvements plus real SEO gains โ€” now ranking #1 for relevant Interior BOQ keywords with 2โ€“3 organic signups per week. Next: connecting with signups to learn what to build next.

A structured, easier way for interior designers and architects to build the portfolios they use to present work and win clients.

Website content & SEO revamp
Improved

Reworked the content structure across the homepage, service pages, service+city pages, city pages and key landing pages to be more relevant to interior designers and architects โ€” with a focus on local SEO and content marketing.

FAQ overhaul
Improved

Rewrote FAQs across the homepage, service, service+city and city pages to genuinely answer what interior designers and architects ask โ€” improving usefulness and topical coverage.

Experiments

Website content + SEO revamp for interior-designer searches
Winner
Hypothesis:
Restructuring content and FAQs around what interior designers and architects actually search for would lift us into top Google positions and AI recommendations.
What we did:
Reviewed the website broadly and reworked content and FAQs across the homepage, service, service+city and city pages โ€” rather than tweaking pages one at a time.
Result:
Within the first month we started ranking #1 and top-three for digital marketing searches across cities like Delhi and Gurugram, saw organic leads coming in from across India, and began surfacing in ChatGPT recommendations.
Learning:
Search is no longer only about Google โ€” people increasingly ask AI platforms for recommendations, and structured, genuinely useful content helps us show up in both.

Lessons Learned

  1. 1The more we work with interior designers and architects, the more we see opportunities to build technology specifically for this industry.
  2. 2Building a product is one thing โ€” having people discover it organically and actually sign up is the real validation.
  3. 3Search behaviour is shifting: being discoverable in AI platforms like ChatGPT now matters alongside Google rankings.
  4. 4Reviewing the website broadly and improving content structure works better than making small, isolated page changes.

Partnerships & Milestones

  • Building our LinkedIn presence โ€” documenting what we're building and learning, and sharing practical industry knowledge rather than just promoting services.
  • Growing our Instagram following with a more structured content plan, and preparing to expand into video and YouTube.

Next Month

  • Improve Fucharmonk CRM based on how interior designers and architects actually use it.
  • Improve InteriorBOQ โ€” speak directly with signups, collect feedback, and act on it.
  • Grow organic search across relevant services, cities and industry-specific searches.
  • Build our content engine โ€” more consistent across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the website.
  • Build more for the interior industry โ€” products and services around the real needs of interior designers and architects.

Closing

July was a month of building, launching and validating ideas โ€” Fucharmonk CRM, Interior Portfolio Creation, InteriorBOQ's first organic signups, a major website and SEO overhaul, top Google rankings, early AI-search visibility, and a stronger presence on LinkedIn and Instagram. There's still a long way to go, but July gave us something valuable: proof that the direction we're taking is starting to work. Now the focus is on learning faster, building better products and turning these early signals into sustainable growth. August is already underway. Let's see where it takes us. ๐Ÿš€
